However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or require an exchange.   1. General Returns and Exchanges If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 180 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your request. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags attached.

  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange, including the return address.
  • Carefully package the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a document indicating the order number.
  • Ship the item to the address we have provided you with. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
  • Once we have received the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
  1. Refunds Refunds will be issued within 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
